This aircrafts records show it was operated by VA-126 (VF-126) from 1967 until 1790. It was then operated by VT-23 where it was converted to a TA-4J. It was transferred to VT-22 in 1971. In 1973 it was in VC-2 until it was move to NAS North Island in 1974 then to VC-1 where it stayed until 1975.
