A-4A Assembly Line: From a Douglas news release dated 27 Feb 1979. Caption reads "Skyhawk Assembly line at McDonnell-Douglas: Pretty sure they are A-4A's as they have the A-4A/B nose and no refueling probe. Although the probe could have been added at a later point in the assembly line, the stars and bars were painted over the refueling probe on the B, not under it.
